My name is Eric. I enjoy electronic dance music heavily, and listen to all forms -- electro house, trance, dubstep, DnB, and more. What I found disgusting was the large amount of people who completely were absorbed by Skrillex, and didn't know any other forms of electronic dance music. I have been on many forums and message boards, and whenever I say something about other dubstep artists being better than Skrillex, I always get raged at, and I always hear, "SKRILLEX IS THE MASTER OF DUBSTEP." After reading this blog, hopefully you will find out many new artists other than Skrillex, and many other forms of EDM.
Don't get me wrong. Skrillex is extremely talented, and I too, enjoy his music. However, there are many more talented people in the underground who deserve promotion, and that is what this blog hopes to accomplish.
If you like any of the music, please support the artists by purchasing their tunes, going to their events, or buying their merchandise. Even following them on SoundCloud/Facebook does a lot!

ReplyDeleteyou right Eric EDM is too big complex to concentrate in a single artist no matter how good this artist might be... I think that's what make EDM so special you don't know who might be next!!
